Katie Dill started her design journey with Frog in 2008 and quickly worked her way up in the ranks from a Design Analyst to Creative Director by 2013. Dill’s position with AirBnb between 2014-2017 displayed her remarkable abilities to transform industrial design across the continuum of the company’s digital product line. The omni-channel experience of their products is still quite impressive today. Between 2017-2020, she served as Lyft's VP of Design. In 2021, she joined Stripe as Head of Design where she currently resides.
